George Troutman Joins ECNext as CFO

Software and technology veteran to lead fiscal operations at leading online media company.

COLUMBUS – February 8, 2008– ECNext, the emerging online media company that operates Manta.com, the Internet’s largest business website, is pleased to announce that George Troutman has joined the company as chief financial officer.

Troutman brings more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, operations and strategy to the Columbus-based company. He will be responsible for the financial strategy of the company and play a critical leadership role within ECNext.

Prior to joining ECNext, Troutman served as chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary of Pinnacle Data Systems Inc. Troutman also was instrumental in the growth and expansion of Pathlore Software Corporation, where he served as CFO and vice president. At Pathlore, he was key in completing multiple acquisitions and helped increase the size of the company by nearly 50 percent.

A graduate of Capital University, Troutman also served as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young for more than 14 years, where he provided audit, tax and consulting solutions for his client's financial and human resource needs.
