Documents
Document catalogs support the sale of static, pre-formatted documents and a wide variety of other digital files. One notable feature is the support for fractional documents sales, which allows publishers to increase sales by dividing documents and selling them by the sections, chapter, or even by the chart or table.

Databases
Database catalogs support the presentation and sale of reports and data generated dynamically from a database query. The primary user interface is one or more query screens that allow the end-user to configure search parameters.

Publishing tool
ECNext's publishing tool is a Web browser-based application that allows publishers to update and maintain their sites by entering information into simple Web-based forms. The system enables production staff to perform real-time site maintenance, including:
- Adding products to the site
- Removing products from the site
- Authoring product description
- Setting product price
- Defining product promotions
In addition, the publishing tool supports workflow management, including editorial review and approval stages.
Large Scale Database and Content Feeds
ECNext's feed publishing system is an automated process for receiving a scheduled source data feed from a customer, converting the data to the required format and then updating the customer's Website. Feed processes are configured to meet each customer's requirements.
