Pamela Springer Selected to Lead ECNext

Former Vice President of Sales named President and CEO
COLUMBUS, Ohio - Dec 21, 2004 -- ECNext (www.ecnext.com), a leading provider of technology and services for marketing, selling and delivering commercial business content via the Web, announced today that Pamela Springer has been named the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer. Springer, formerly Vice President of Sales for ECNext, has been instrumental in driving the company's growth since joining the company in March of 2003. Under Springer's sales leadership, the company's customer base has grown by more than 150% per quarter for the past six consecutive quarters.

Throughout her 19 years in the technology arena, Springer's executive management expertise applied to planning, developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies has consistently produced strong growth for emerging technology companies. As CEO, Springer will continue to build on the strong customer foundation she spearheaded in helping business-content companies achieve success in the soaring online content market. Springer succeeds former CEO Chris Skudder, who is leaving the company to pursue other business interests.

During this time Springer was instrumental in raising multiple rounds of funding and helped guide a number of acquisitions and a successful IPO.

Springer has delivered continued strategic results in each corporate position held since graduating Summa Cum Laude from Franklin University with a BSBA in Business Administration. Prior to serving as Vice President of Sales for ECNext, Springer served as Vice President North American Sales, Interliant, Inc., Vice President Sales, reSOURCE PARTNER, Inc., Vice President Sales, Litton Enterprise Solutions, and Vice President Sales, Metatec, Inc., among others.
